Warning!
If you are at a stand still and want to change or manipulate the riding mode, make sure you are in the riding position on the ebike (as if you were about to start riding the ebike) and that one of your hands has engaged the brakes
Remember, when the brakes are engaged, the power to the motor is turned off, therefore preventing the motor from turning on and unexpectantly accelerating
A biker should always be in the riding position with the brakes engaged before turning on the power to an ebike
This will prevent any unexpectant acceleration
Riding Modes•Throttle Mode–The biker rides the ebike in a conventional way, however can turn on the motor acceleration as desired using the throttle
•Pedal Assist Mode–The biker rides the ebike in a conventional way, however the Pedal Assist System (PAS) will engage the motor automatically based on the level of pedal assist and the speed of travel and help accelerate the bike
•Cruise Mode–This mode is only used when the biker is already in motion and wants to set the ebike on cruise control at a slow and steady speed
(WARNING: DO NOT SET THE EBIKE IN THIS MODE WHEN THE EBIKE IS AT STAND STILL

This will allow you to ride the ebike in the conventional way while allowing the rider to use the throttle as desired to accelerate

Choose the amount of pedal assist desired by using the S+ button to increase or the S- button to decrease the pedal assist level
The higher the pedal assist level, the more the battery power is used
In the Pedal Assist Mode, while the biker is riding, the motor automatically turns on and helps with acceleration
Remember, anytime you use the brakes, the motor automatically shuts off
Also, if you stop pedaling, the pedal assist system will temporarily go into idle mode until the rider starts pedaling again

To turn on the Cruise Mode, press and hold (for 1 second) the CUR button until the Cruise Mode Indicator is displayed
To turn off Cruise Mode, either press and hold the CUR botton or engage the brakes
Once the Cruise Mode Indicator disappears, the Cruise Mode is turned off
Warning! Do not turn on the Cruise Mode while the ebike is at stand still
This will result in an unexpectant acceleration of the ebike
