known as a “beta tester”, to assess the functions of a specific 48V 2000W controller that we would like to offer for sale.
To choose the beta tester best suited to receive our product, please answer the questionnaire below.
You must already have a motor conversion kit installed on your bicycle and in perfect working order.
This questionnaire allows us to check whether the performance of this new controller could damage your equipment.
In particular, we need to check the discharge capability of your battery, which must be at least 40 amperes.
After receiving the completed questionnaire with precise answers, we will select a beta tester.
The tester must buy the 48V2000W controller offered for sale on our main website, power-e-bike.fr.
The controller will be reimbursed subject to certain conditions:
- write a report after completing as many rides as possible
- provide a photo of the initial installation
- the report should reflect the controller’s testing and describe the performance on each ride precisely
- a video may accompany the mandatory submission of a simple but technical written report.
- The controller will only be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs, if the report reflects a genuine assessment of its capabilities.
Power-e-Bike cannot be held responsible at any time for damage caused by incorrect installation by the beta tester.
